摘    要:分别采用乳液共混法与机械共混法,研究不同防老剂与胶清橡胶并用的力学性能、热性能、加工性能。结果表明:防老剂的加入能提高胶清橡胶的力学性能,其中加有防老剂264、防老剂SP-P的胶清橡胶老化性能提升较为显著;乳液法共混制得胶清橡胶的力学性能和老化性能优于机械共混法;防老剂的加入使热性能有所提升,但乳液共混法的热性能略微好于机械共混法。RPA加工分析表明,防老剂的加入使胶清橡胶加工性能下降,但机械共混法所制备的胶清橡胶加工性能优于乳液共混法。

Abstract:Mechanical properties, thermal properties and processing performances of skim rubbers cooperated with different kinds of antioxidants were studied by using emulsion blending method and mechanical blending method, respectively. The results showed that mechanical properties of skim rubber can be enhanced by adding antioxidants, among which antioxidant 264, antioxidant SP-P have comparatively obvious effects. Skim rubber obtained by emulsion blending method has better mechanical properties and aging properties than those of skim rubber obtained by mechanical blending method. The addition of antioxidant improves thermal performance, while thermal performance of the skim rubber prepared by emulsion blending method is slightly better than that prepared by mechanical blending me-thod. RPA processing analysis results indicated that the addition of antioxidant depresses processing performance of the skim rubber, but mechanical blending method is more beneficial than emulsion blending method to processing performance.
