摘    要:采用NE-Ⅱ型环氧砂浆对冲砂底孔进行抗冲耐磨补强处理。其材料性能、施工方法及工艺流程、质量控制与质量检测等,满足设计和技术规程要求,同时提出了在环氧砂浆施工及质量控制中应注意的问题及体会,可供类似高流速水工建筑物过流面抗冲磨补强处理借鉴、参考。

Abstract:The NE- Ⅱ type epoxy mortar is used to improve the wear-resistance of the bottom scouring outlet in Gongzui Hydropower Station. Practice shows that the material properties, construction method, technical process, quality control and inspection meet the requirements of design and technical procedures. Furthermore, some notable issues and experi- ence in the construction and quality control of epoxy mortar are presented, which provides a useful reference for the im- provement of overflow surface with high speed flow in similar hydraulic structures.
