摘    要:实验研究了牛粪在沼气发酵过程中蛋白酶、液化型淀粉酶、糖化型淀粉酶、脂肪酶和纤维素酶的酶活变化与沼气产量之间的关系。实验结果表明,这几种水解酶的酶活峰值正好处在沼气产气量的峰值期间。

Abstract:This paper studies the correlation between biogas output and the changes of several hydrolases during the biogas fermentation of cattle manure. The results suggest that the enzyme activities of base protease, cellulase, amylase and amylase change during the biogas fermentation, which is associated with biogas output. The maximum value of hydrolase activity appears close to the peak biogas-producing period while the activity lipase keep decreasing.
