摘    要:本文在对GPS/GIS/GSM车辆监控系统的系统结构介绍的基础上,论述了应用VC实现车辆监控系统监控调度中心管理软件的方法,包括软件的结构设计、VC与MapInfo的集成、无线通信的实现、GPS定位数据的处理等,在此基础上提出了GSM与GPRS相结合进行无线通信的构思,并展望了3G技术在车辆监控系统中的应用前景。

Abstract:Based on the detail introduction of the structure of GPS/GIS/GSM Vehicle Monitor and Dispatching System, this article ex- plains the way to develop the manage software of this system with VC.It includes the design of the software structure, the integration of VC and MapInfo,the development of the wireless communication, and the process of GPS position data,etc.Then the author brings up the thought to develop the wireless communication with the integration of GSM and GPRS, and discusses the foreground in the use of the 3G Technology to develop Monitor and Dispatching System.
