KC104树脂催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯的研究

摘    要:通过采用负载双金属路易斯酸的KC104树脂作催化剂,催化合成了增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯。最佳试验条件为:柠檬酸和正丁醇的酸醇摩尔比为1:4.5;选用KC104树脂催化剂,催化剂用量为柠檬酸质量的8%.反应温度为回流温度,产率大于95%,选择性可达98%,增塑效果接近增塑剂DOP。KC104树脂催化剂,使用寿命长,稳定性好。

Abstract:Plasticizer tributyl citrate was synthesis catalyzed by KC104 resin coated with bimetallic Lewis acid. The optimal reaction conditions are: the ratio of citric acid to n-butanol is 1/4.5, the catalyst quantity is 8% of the weight of tributyl citrate, reaction temperature is reflux temperature, the yield of citric acid is up to 95% and over, the selectivity is up to 98% and over, the plasticized effect approaches to DOP, the catalyst can use long period.
