| Abstract: | This paper introduces the working principle of frequency control system of the Karl Mayer new generation RSE4-1 type warp knitting machine, and expounds common fault analysis and treatment of the general inverter. The system faults are caused by the ex- ternal factors rather than the inverter itself. This paper researches the fault diagnosis methods and maintenance process of frequency control system of the warp knitting machine through some examples. |
