摘    要:结合中北部油田现状 ,研制开发了Y34 1封隔器、单向偏心配水器 ,并配套应用恒定流量堵塞器、三参数测试仪等新技术、新工艺 ,有效地解决了该油田由于分注工艺、投捞测配工艺、油层出砂等因素导致细分注工艺难以开展的难题。现场应用 3口井 ,管柱有效期均在 1年以上。

Abstract:Linking with the state of middle and northern Dagang Oilfield have manufactured and developed some novel tools which include packer, unidirectional eccentric injection mandrel and equipped with blanking plug with constant flow rate, three parameters testing meter and novel technologies and so on, these novel technologies have solved effectively some poser in fine-separate layer water injection caused by such factors as zonal technology, pulling and running for water injection allocation, sand production in oil reservoir. There are three wells applied these technologies on-site, in the meantime the term of validity is capable of exceeding one year on average.
