电力系统电压无功辅助控制专家系统

摘    要:本文依据一种易于用来实现实时控制专家系统的灵敏度树方法,并结合贵州电网的实际情况,探讨开发电力系统电压无功辅助控制专家系统。本专家系统用Turbo—prolog语言编写,并在PC机上实现了prolog调用Fortran潮流计算程序及数据交换。本文主要讨论电力系统电压控制专家系统的知识表达和推理机制。

AN EXPERT SYSTEM FOR THE ASSISTANT CONTROL OF VOLTAGE AND REACTIVE POWER OF POWER SYSTEM
Abstract:This paper presents the development of an expert system for the assistant control of voltage and reactive power of power systems, which is based on the sensitivity tree method suitable for real time control implementation of expert systems and takes the practical situation of Guizhou electric network into consideration. Knowledge expression and inference rule system of the expert system are mainly discussed. Fitted into an IBM PC, the expert system using Turbo Prolog computer language can call the Fortran program for power flow analysis to interchange information. By applying the expert system to power dispatching, both automation level and economic operation of power systems can be greatly improved.
