| 摘 要： | 城乡一体化是２１世纪人类社会可持续发展之路，乡镇生态社区的积极有序的发展必然会逐步缩小城乡差距，并对城乡的协调发展起到相应的推动作用，２１世纪关中农耕地区生态社区的建设发展必然通过农业现代化和农业产高新技术产业化来实现。

| Abstract: | To build up an urban-rural community is an important way of sustainable development. Ecological community in the rural areas plays a positive role in narrowing the gap between the urban and rural areas. Furthermore, it should be a good way in giving an impetus to the development of the whole society. The ecological community in the rural area should be realized with the modernization and industrialization of high agricuhuricultural science and technology. |
