摘    要:[目的]优化建立香蕉中丙硫多菌灵残留量的高效液相色谱检测方法。[方法]样品经乙腈-冰醋酸(体积比90∶0.2)匀浆、超声,过滤,NH2柱净化。采用高效液相色谱检测,色谱柱:SunFire C18柱;流动相:甲醇-乙腈-水(体积比40∶15∶45);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:270 nm;进样量:10μL。[结果]该方法在0.05、0.1、0.5 mg/kg3个不同添加水平的回收率在93.4%~97.8%之间。[结论]与文献记载的研究相比,该方法前处理操作简单,并减少了溶剂的消耗量和前处理时间。

Abstract:[Aims] The high performance liquid chromatography(hPlc) method was established for analyzing the albendazole residue in bananas.[Methods] Samples were firstly extracted by acetonitrile-acetic acid(90∶0.2,by vol) and then homogenized,oscillated by the ultrasonic,filtrated,finally purificated by the NH2column.The experiment was carried on sunFire c18column with the mobile phase methyl alcohol-acetonitrile-water(40∶15∶45,by vol) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detected wavelength and injection volume ware set at 270 nm and 10 μl respectively.[Results] The recoveries of three different concentration(0.05,0.1,0.5 mg/kg) for albendazole were between 93.4 to 97.8%.[Conclusions] compared with the documented studies,this method would greatly reduce the consumption of solvents and pretreatment time.
