基于西门子变频PLC的矿井提升机控制系统

摘    要:矿井提升机是集机、电、液为一体的大型机械,在煤矿的斜井和竖井中被广泛应用,是主要的生产运输工具。文章对传统矿井提升机控制系统进行简单概述,并从变频调速系统设计和控制系统设计2个方面就基于西门子变频PLC的矿井提升控制系统进行分析,以在明确其设计方案的同时,促进矿井提升机控制系统性能的进一步提升。

Abstract:Mine hoist is the collection machine,electricity,liquid as one of the major machinery,in the coal mine shafts and in shaft is widely used,is the main production transportation.This paper,to the traditional mine hoist control system are simply introduced,and from the variable frequency speed regulation system design and control system design two aspects of Siemens PLC mine based on variable frequency control system to improve analysis,in order to make clear its design scheme and at the same time,promote the mine elevator control system to further improve the performance.
