天津某办公楼变风量空调系统设计

摘    要:介绍了于家堡超高层办公楼空调系统特点:内外分区设置变风量系统,过渡季可以实现全新风运行,北向变风量末端采用带热水再热盘管的并联式风机动力型末端装置,其余朝向采用单风道型末端装置.结合焓湿图,对冬夏季变风量空调系统进行了详细计算,包括夏季送风量,冬季加热量、加湿量等参数.给出了变风量空调末端装置及机组的控制方法.

Abstract:Presents the air conditioning system design characteristics of the super high-rise office building,including dividing the VAV system into the inner zone and peripheral zone,all fresh air system operating in transition seasons,adopting parallel fan power terminals with reheat coils in the north area,and single duct terminals in other areas.By means of psychometric chart,calculates the system parameters: air supply rate in summer,heat supply capacity and water vapour amount added for humidification in winter.Provides the control method of VAV terminals and units.
