| 摘 要： | 研究从血液细胞中分离出白细胞，采用数学形态学的方法对图像进行预处理，使用灰度阈值法分割出白细胞核，定位出细胞的具体区域，用面积最大法提取整个白细胞。实验结果表明，本文提出的方法可以正确有效的分离出白细胞。

| Abstract: | The segmentation of white blood cells from the blood cells is researched, a pre - processing of image is carried out by using the mathematical morphology, the gray threshold method is used to segment white nu- clei, locate the specific area of cells, finally the maximum area principle is used to extract the entire white blood cells. The experimental results show that this method can segment the white blood cells accurately and effectively. |
