| Abstract: | This paper is focused on the analysis of essential properties of network environment horlzont, aiming to find how to achieve the innovation of ideological and political education based on the utility universality of network by college students. This study intends to shed new light on the ideological and political education connotation of college students under the network horizont, get insight into the new content, construct new framework, and consequently improve the quality of talent cultivation, resulting in a better inherited and inno- vative culture of ideological and political education to college students. |
