| 摘 要： | 实事求是思想作为毛泽东思想的“活的灵魂”，在毛泽东的决策思维中占有异常重要和突出的地位，是其从事一切决策实践的基本出发点和指导思想。实事求是决策思想的哲学基础是马克思主义辩证唯物论的认识论，其内涵是从实际出发，理论联系实际。“胸中有‘数＇”是毛泽东坚持实事求是决策思想在实践中的重要体现。

| Abstract: | The thought of seeking truth from facts is the spirit of MAO Ze-dong thought, it has an important position in MAO Ze-dong＇s decision-making thinking, and it is also a guiding thought for all decision-making practices, the philosophical foundation of which is the epistemology of marxism dialectical materialism, its connotation is theory with practice. ＂Having a clear mind＂ is the important embody in the practice of MAO Ze-dong＇s decision-making thought. |
