| 摘 要： | 针对由于多元文化的激荡、渗透和长期的学科知识教育使得大学生的人文素质出现弱化态势的问题，研究了大学生人文精神的缺失与人文素质教育、体育对人文素质的提升等问题，提出了学科教育应发挥人文素质教育功能，并就高校体育师资队伍建设以及体育教学中现代技术的运用做了探讨。

| Abstract: | According to the muhicuhural permeability, long-term subject education and the weakening trend of university students＇ humanistic quality, the subject education should play a role in humanistic quality education. Also the lack of university students~humanistic spirit, the humanistic quality education and the growth on humanistic quality by PE are researched. Finally, the university PE teachers team construction and the use of modern technology in the PE teaching are discussed. |
