提升高校教学质量的微观思考

摘    要:针对高校教学中普遍存在的问题展开讨论,从学校、学生和教师等现实的微观因素方面研究,归纳了影响教学质量的五种力量模型,从五个方面分析了影响教学质量的力量因素,提出了提高高校教学质量的一些具体措施,为提升高校教学质量水平提供一些有益的参考和借鉴。

Abstract:According to the problems existed in teaching of colleges and universities, the discussion is carried out, and the realistic microcosmic factors such as schools, students and teachers are researched, five power models of affecting teaching quality are given, the power factors of affecting teaching quality are analyzed from five aspects, some countermeasures are proposed to improve the teaching quality, and it also provides some useful references to improve teaching quality in colleges and universities.
