摘    要:设计了一种基于反射临界角法测量糖度的采用双光源的光学系统.该系统实现在不改变接收端图像传感器参数、保证测量精度的前提下,扩大量程.根据折反射定律,通过分析光路图,给出了该光学系统的棱镜尺寸、两光源间距、透镜焦距及通光口径等参数,并通过实验对其进行了验证.

Design of Optical System in Wide Range of Sugar Degree
Abstract:This paper designed a new optical system with two sources for measuring the sugar degree of solution based on critical angle. This system could improve the range of the measurement without changing the parameter of receiving image sensor, and guarantee the precision. The paper presented the prism size,distance between the two light sources,light-lens focal length and diameter, and other parameters of the optical structure by analyzing the optical pathway diagram based on formulas of refraction and reflection. And the system is validated by experiment.
