摘    要:研究了炭块与碳化硅砖复合材料在电解槽侧部新的使用技术。通过热解析计算,选择合理的复合块结构,减少了碳化硅砖的使用量,既降低了投资,又利用了碳化硅砖作为电解槽侧部材料抗氧化性好,有利于生成炉帮的优点。

Abstract:A new technology making composite from carbon and Si3N4 - SiC for the side walls of aluminum electrolysis cells has been developed. A reasonable structure of the composite blocks and their specifications are selected and designed by analysis of thermal field in the cells. The cost can be cut down owing to the optimum design by making use of the oxidation resistance of Si3N4 - SiC that is used to build the sidewalk of reduction cells for the satisfactory frozen ledge.
