| 摘 要： | 介绍了小波分析方法在冷轧板形缺陷识别中的应用。识别中首先利用小波变换、分解、重构达到消噪目的 ,然后利用 3类模型进行缺陷辨识。该方法解决了缺陷中的 1/ 4浪和边中复合浪无法辨识的问题

| Abstract: | It is introduced that the method of wavelet analysis is applied to recognizing the defects of plate form in rolling process. In the method, to filter the noise of the measure dates the decomposed and reform of wavelet are used. Then the filtered dates are applied to approach three defect models: straight, parabola and sine cover. Finally, a suitable is found. The application of sine cover model can solve the problem that the quarter wave and compound wave are recognized in usual methods. |
