摘    要: 将知识工程应用于水库防洪调度中,在ES中表示领域知识并建立不精确推理机制,即建立防洪调度专家系统,实现结构化决策和非结构化决策的统一。建立了系统的体系结构,对于水库调度知识表示方法和推理机制进行了详细设计。

Abstract:Knowledge engineering is introduced into flood control operation and expert system of flood control operation developed. In the expert system, the knowledge of experts is put in the form computers can manipulate and the fuzzy rational mechanism set up. So the system can solve both structured and non-structured problems. The paper introduces the system structure. The knowledge representative methods and rational mechanism are designed in detail.
