钚污染伤口的医学处理

本文叙述了钚污染伤口的医学处理经验,包括动物实验研究和临床实践的一些体会。对于钚污染伤口的处理应重视早期的现场应急措施。对需要外科手术的病例,手术前应首先测定局部伤口及区域引流淋巴结的放射性活度,标定伤口组织的污染范围;选择适宜的麻醉方式也是手术成败的关键之一。手术应在放射性监测人员的配合下进行,手术过程中要遵循放射性去污的操作规程,避免再污染。手术中、手术后除常规使用络合剂促排外,对那些伤口局部钚残留量不大又不准备再次手术的病例,络合剂局部注射是较好的辅助治疗措施。

THE MEDICAL TREATMENT OF THE PLUTONIUM-CONTAMINATED WOUND

In this paper,author describes some experiences in medicaltreatment of plutonium-contaminated Wound gained through the animalexperiments and clinical practices.For the treatment of plutonium-contaminated wound,much attention should be devoted to the earlyemergency measure at accident site.In some cases when the surgicalinterference is needed,radioactivity in local wound and in regionallympho-nodes of wound,firstly,must be determined and the contaminatedarea must be demonstrated before operation.Selecting a proper approachfor anaesthesia is one of the critical factors for successfulness of operation.The operation should be performed under the coordination of monitoringworkers,During operatjon,the rules for decontamination should befollowed to avoid recontamination.In addition to conventional administrationof chelating agents,the local application of such these agents during andafter operation is a better supplementary therapeutic procedule for somecases when the residual amount of Plutonium in wound is less and anyother surgical procedures will not be performed further.
