| 摘 要： | 将氯仿附着在聚氨酯软性泡沫塑料上，以丁二肟为萃取剂萃取镍，继以盐酸反萃、丁二肟显色光度测定，研究了分离测定微量镍的各种条件。该法所用有机溶剂量甚少（０．３ｍＬ），对微量镍的分离，萃取率可达９０％以上，镍量的线性范围为０￣３５μｇ／２５ｍＬ，应用于多种样品中镍的测定，结果满意。
