乳源抗菌肽的研究进展与展望

摘    要:近年来,乳蛋白来源的生物活性肽方面的研究进展迅速,日益引起人们的重视并日趋成为乳品领域研究的焦点。到目前为止,已经发现了几十种具有不同生理功能的生物活性肽,抗菌肽是近几年研究较多的一类生物活性肽,它能够增强机体抵抗病源微生物的能力并具有广谱抗菌性,对人体特别是对新生儿正常生理功能发挥着不可替代的作用,它的开发利用和进一步深入研究具有重要意义。

Abstract:In recent years, great progresses have been made on the study of milk-derived bioactive peptides. These peptides were of great physical importance, and more and more attentions were attached to these peptides. So far, many kinds of these active peptides have been found. In recent years, most researches focus on antimicrobial peptides which can strengthen the resisting the microbial ability of organism and have a wide antibacterial spectrum. They could improve the antimicrobial function of human, especially to neonates. The further studies and the exploitation would be of great importance.
