| Abstract: | Biodiesel preparation by transesterification in supercritical fluids(SCF) is introduced in this article.The reaction mechanism is described.Some factors affecting the transformation reaction are presented,such as water,free fatty acids,the molar ratio of vegetable oil to alcohol,reaction temperature,and pressure etc.In addition,the future of biodiesel production via the non-catalytic SCF method is also discussed. |
