| 摘 要： | 火力发电厂汽轮机螺栓是汽轮机组的重要部件,螺栓疲劳寿命的研究对汽轮机的安全运行及维修具有重要的意义。对螺栓所受应力特别是附加弯曲应力进行了全面的分析,采用平均应力Morrow修正式对弯曲应力对疲劳特性的曲线的影响进行了研究,得到了不同偏转角下的螺栓低周疲劳特性曲线,并对一实际螺栓进行了具体计算,提出了在螺栓偏斜情况下准确计算疲劳寿命损耗的方法。

| Abstract: | Steam turbine bolts are the key parts of generating units.It is important to study fatigue life of bolts for generating units performance safely and service.The paper analyses the bolts stress,especially bend stress.Effect of bend stress on the fatigue curve of bolts is investigated by means of Morrow amendment formula of mean stress.The low cycle fatigue curves of bolts with different deflection angle were gained.Finally,the fatigue life damage of a actual bolt was calculated.It is put forward for a method to accurately calculate fatigue life damage of inclined bolts. |
