摘    要:分析了6.25m捣固焦炉小孔板排列不合理带来的炉温不稳定问题,根据捣固焦炉的特性,依据变量气流基本公式,计算出合理的小孔板排列顺序,提出了用小孔板控制横墙温度的方法。小孔板改装后,提高了横墙的均匀性、稳定性,降低了劳动强度。

Abstract:The 6.25m stamp-charging coke oven encountered problems of unstable temperature due to its irrational orifice plate arrangement. Based on the features of this kind of coke ovens, and in accordance with the basic formula of the variable air flow, rational arrangement order of the orifice plate was calculated, and measures to control the temperature of the oven walls by the orifice plate was worked out. After improving the orifice plate arrangement, the oven walls became uniform and stable, and that reduced labor intensity.
