摘    要:为提高诊断服务的经济性、及时性及专业性,开发了一种基于GPRS网络的远程诊断车载终端。该终端系统由16位微处理器ATmega128A,CAN总线控制器MCP2515,GPRS无线通信模块GTM900-C及GPS模块组成。系统通过CAN总线与汽车电子控制单元ECU连接,数据经过微处理器整合打包后经互联网发送到远程上位机服务器。该文介绍了远程诊断车载终端的原理、硬件及软件设计。终端系统通过发动机台架进行了实时监测试验,结果表明其运行可靠稳定,可以对ECU进行实时监控。

Design and implementation of remote diagnosis vehicle terminal system based on GPRS
Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency timeliness and professionalism of diagnostic services,a remote diagnosis vehicle terminal based on GPRS network is developed in the article. The terminal system consists of 16 bit microprocessor ATmega128A, CAN bus controller MCP2515,GPRS wireless communi-cation module GTM900-C and GPS module. The system connects the car electronic control unit through the CAN bus. With the integration and package of the microprocessor, the data is sent to the remote com-puter server via Internet. This article introduces the principle, hardware design and software design of the remote diagnosis vehicle terminal system. And tests the real-time monitoring through engine bench test. The results show that, the terminal system is stable and reliable. It can be real - time monitoring of ECU.
