基于LabVIEW的散热器性能测试系统的设计

摘    要:散热器是飞机环境控制系统的重要附件,该文提出了一种基于LabVIEW的散热器性能测试系统。系统运用LabVIEW软件开发平台,结合计算机、PCI-6013、SR93PID调节器等硬件构建了一个数据采集、效率测试系统,具备温度、流量等参数的自动控制功能,实现了散热器性能的自动测试,直观显示效率曲线、流阻曲线。现场应用表明,该系统控制精度高,运行稳定可靠。

The design of radiator performance testing system based on LabVIEW
Abstract:Radiator is an important accessory in aircraft environmental control system. This paper is about radiator performance testing system based on LabVIEW. The system used LabVIEW software devel-opment platform, combined with hardware such as computer, PCI-6013, SR93 PID regulator to build a data acquisition and efficiency test system. The system has automatic control functions of temperature, flow and other parameters. It achieves a fully automatic processing about radiator performance testing. The system can automatic generate and visualized the efficiency curve, the flow resistance curve. The ac-tual use indicates that the system has high control precision, stable and reliable running.
