车用柴油机排气微粒捕捉器测试仪的研究

摘    要:为了满足车用柴油机排气捕捉器安全使用的需要,本文提出了一种捕捉器微粒沉积量实时检测技术,介绍了微粒测试仪的组成及工作原理,并对测试结果具有一定影响的一些因素进行了分析。研究结果表明,在检测范围内,测试结果基本不受柴油机工况的影响。这一检测技术可以对车用柴油机排气微粒捕捉器微粒沉积量进行实时连续检测,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:In order to satisfy the requirement of the diesel particulate filter safe using,an on line measurement technology of measuring diesel particulate accumulation in a filter has been developed.The composition and the principle of the instrument is given and some factors affecting the measurement result are analyzed.The results of study show that this measurement method is inherently independent of gas volumetric flow rare and is relatively insensitive to changes in filter temperature.This technology can be used to measure diesel particulate accumulation in a ceramic filter continually and have certain practical value.
