摘    要:利用ANSYS Workbench大型有限元分析软件对外圆磨床床身进行有限元分析,并在此基础上以设计重量为目标函数,在保证机构具有足够强度和刚度的基础上,实现了磨床床身设计重量的大幅度下降,所得结论对进一步改进原有产品具有实用和指导意义。

Abstract:ANSYS Workbench large-scale finite element analysis software Grinder's bed for finite element analysis,on the basis of the design to the weight of the objective function in the body to ensure adequate strength and stiffness on the basis of the realization of the grinding machine bed design The weight of a significant decline in the conclusion to the further improvement of existing products and practical guidance.
