摘    要:低压台区处于电力系统的末端,在未来新型电力系统建设中,台区拓扑关系监测是提升精细化管理和供电服务水平的重要环节;由于无法准确获知低压台区现场线路和设备的变化,台区线路拓扑档案往往存在混乱、失管等问题,严重影响线损治理、故障运维等工作开展;为了准确识别和建立台区线路拓扑关系,进行了低压台区结构和拓扑识别原理分析,基于电压和电流信号识别方法,对特征序列信号识别策略进行了研究,并设计关键的硬件模块,提出了一种基于信号识别的台区拓扑监测技术,能够在不影响低压台区运行的情况下、准确地识别台区拓扑关系;经现场应用实验测试,实现了台区运行条件下的拓扑监测,能够在较短时间内准确地识别台区拓扑关系,表明该技术的实用性与有效性,能够满足工程应用的需要。

Instrument and Technology of Station Topology Monitoring Based on Signal Recognition
Abstract:The low-voltage substation is at the end of the power system. In the construction of new power system in the future, the substation topology relationship monitoring is an important link to improve the fine management and power supply service level; Since it is impossible to accurately know the changes of on-site lines and equipment in the low-voltage substation area, there are often problems such as confusion and loss of control in the substation area line topology files, which seriously affect the line loss management, fault operation and maintenance and other work; In order to accurately identify and establish the topology relationship of the line in the substation area, the structure of the low-voltage substation area and the principle of topology identification are analyzed. Based on the voltage and current signal identification method, the characteristic sequence signal identification strategy is studied, and the key hardware modules are designed. A substation area topology monitoring technology based on signal identification is proposed, which can accurately identify the topology relationship of the substation area without affecting the operation of the low-voltage substation area; Through the field application test, the topology monitoring under the operating conditions of the station area is realized, and the topology relationship of the station area can be accurately identified in a short time. It shows that the technology is practical and effective, and can meet the needs of engineering application.
