摘    要:随着蓉欧+战略不断深入实施,成都国际铁路港与沿海港口间的联系日益密切,同时其协调发展也正面临着巨大的挑战。运用系统动力学理论,通过分析蓉欧+战略背景下内陆港与沿海港口间互联互通反馈关系,构建其耦合协同系统动力学模型并进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明:单一因素变动下,提高中欧海运运输时效性对系统内部协同发展的促进作用最为明显,加快内陆与沿海港口间互联互通通道建设也会带动系统的整体发展速度。多因素变动下,蓉欧快铁降低运价的同时加强铁路口岸建设以及建立中欧班列运营管理协调机制在一定程度上也能提高协同发展速度。

Abstract:With the continuous implementation of the strategy of RONGOU+,the links between Chengdu International Railway Port and coastal ports are becoming increasingly closer,and its coordinated development is facing enormous challenges.Based on the theory of system dynamics,this paper analyzed the feedback relationship between inland ports and coastal ports under the strategic background of RONGOU+,and constructed a dynamic model of coupled cooperative systems and conducts simulation research.The simulation results show that,under the single factor change,it is most obvious to improve the timeliness of seaborne transportation from China to Europe,and accelerating the construction of interconnection channels between inland and coastal ports will also drive the overall development speed of the system.Under the multi-factor change,the reduction of freight rates by China Railway Express(Chengdu)can also improve the speed of coordinated development to a certain extent,while strengthening the construction of railway ports and establishing a coordination mechanism for the operation and management of China Railway Express.
