摘    要:石油产业的发展、规划,对城市建设和社会资源供应具有较大的影响,但是埋地输油管道外防腐层破损的出现,导致石油严重的浪费,同时造成的安全隐患和城市威胁较为严重。为此,应进一步加强检测的创新,站在多个角度来思考、探究。

Abstract:The development and planning of petroleum industry has a great impact on urban construction and social resource supply.However,the appearance of external anticorrosive coating damage of buried oil pipeline leads to serious waste of oil,and at the same time,it also causes serious security risks and urban threats.Therefore,we should further strengthen the innovation of detection,and think and explore from multiple angles.
