运用任务驱动法构建高职因材施教教学模式探讨

摘    要:因材施教既是高职教学原则,也是高职教学策略。在高职教学中运用任务驱动法实现因材施教,笔者认为既可采取多个任务驱动分层教学的教学模式,也可采取同一任务驱动合作学习的教学模式。探讨运用任务驱动法构建高职因材施教教学模式有利于高职教师在教学中正确处理面向全体和尊重个体差异的矛盾,让每个学生得到最优发展。

Abstract:The individualized teaching is not only the higher vocational teaching principle but also strategies. To carry out individualized teaching in the higher vocational teaching with task-driven method, we can take the teaching mode with more than one task driven, and the cooperative learning teaching mode with the same task driven . Discussion and usage of individualized teaching mode with task-driven method are conducive for teachers to treat correctly contradiction of focusing on all students against respecting individual differences in teaching in order to make the wellrounded development of each student.
