家电业上市公司股权结构与公司绩效实证研究

股权结构是上市公司治理结构的重要组成部分，关于股权结构对公司绩效的影响关系一直是一个有争论的问题.以家电业上市公司为样本，从股权构成和股权集中度两个角度分析了股权结构对公司绩效的影响，并分别建立了数学模型，利用统计软件进行回归分析.通过实证分析发现，股权结构对企业绩效没有显著影响，这说明我国上市公司绩效较差，根本原因不在于股权结构的不合理.

Practical study on equity structure and company performance for listed companies in home appliance industry

Equity structure is an important part to the corporate governance structure of listed companies,and it is a controversial issue to the relationship between corporate equity structure and company performance. The influence of corporate equity structure,including equity structure and equity centralization, on company performance was analyzed for the listed companies in home appliance industry.Two mathematical models were constructed respectively,and a regression was carried out with statistical software.The results show that the corporate equity structure has no significant effect on company performance. It means that the essential reason for the poor performance of the listed companies in China does not lie in the unreasonable equity structure.
