基于STM8单片机的分区墨量控制系统设计

摘    要:为提高胶印机墨量控制系统的稳定性和控制精度,提出了一款以STM8S208MB单片机为主控芯片、以直流减速电机为控制对象的电机控制系统,并设计了完整的硬件电路、上位机软件以及下位机程序。此方法可以实现用PC机在线监测所有墨键位置信息,并直接通过RS485总线向单片机发送指令,通过单片机控制直流减速电机的正反转动,以实现对墨键开度的精准调节。经测试,此系统驱动性能良好,抗干扰能力强,能够达到设计要求。

Abstract:In order to improve the stability and control precision of the ink Quantity control system, this paper presents a DC geared motor control system based on STM8S208MB microcontroller, a complete hardware circuit design, PC software and lower computer program. This method can be implemented using a PC on-line monitoring of all ink key location information, and directly through the RS485 bus to send commands to the single chip, positive and negative rotation of the motor by controlling the DC geared to achieve the ink key opening degree accurate adjustment. After testing, the good performance of the system drive, strong anti-jamming capability to meet the design requirements.
