加压无溶剂法制备环氧玉米油

首次报道玉米油在无溶剂加压条件下，经甲酸—双氧水环氧化，一步合成环氧玉米油。产品为微黄色油状透明液体，环氧值６．２％～６．４％，碘值不大于３ｍｇＩ／ｇ，转化率为精油的１０４％～１０６％。

PREPARATION OF EPOXIDIZED CORN OIL IN THE ABSENCE OF ORGANIC SOLVENT UNDER THE PRESSURE

Abstract This paper first deals with the epoxida-tion of natural oil with H_2O_2 HCOOH in the absence of organic solvent under pressure indetail. This process for mading epoxidized oilfrom fine oil under the conditions of 60℃,0.15MPa,6h,oil:H_2O_2(50%):HCOOH(85%):H_2SO_4(98%) = 100:50:9:2(by weight)has given a converting yield of l02%～106%of epoxidized corn oil with 6.2%～6.4%of e-poxidized value and below 3mgl/g of iodinevalue.
