摘    要:针对棒材穿水冷却过程,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了棒材温度场预报模型,研究了棒材穿水冷却过程中的热边界条件,分析了棒材温度场的分布及其变化规律。该模型的计算结果与实测值吻合较好,能够准确地预测棒材穿水冷却后的温度分布和最终的组织。

Abstract:In the paper,a predicated model of temperature filed is presented using ANSYS commercial software for water-cooling of bar.The heat transfer boundary condition is studied,the distribution and change of tem- perature field in water-cooling process were analyzed.The calculated results of the model show good agreement with the measured ones,the temperature distribution and final microstructure of bar after water-cooling can be predicted accurately.
