摘    要:为了减少CO2焊飞溅,采用了外加磁场发生装置研究了磁控CO2气体保护焊技术,探讨了外加纵向低频磁场对熔滴过渡频率的作用机理,通过分析试验数据,明确了所需的外加纵向低频磁场参数,并探索熔滴在外加磁场作用下的受力情况.结果表明,一定的外加纵向磁场参数下,熔滴过渡频率显著提高,CO2焊飞溅降低;当激磁电流为2 A、磁场频率为60 Hz时,熔滴过渡频率高,飞溅率低,电弧形态稳定.因此,可以通过外加纵向低频磁场来提高熔滴过渡频率并降低飞溅.

Abstract:In order to reduce the CO2 welding spatter, the CO2 arc welding technology with external magnetic field generation device was researched. The action mechanism of external longitudinal low frequency magnetic field on the molten droplet transition frequency was investigated, and the parameters for the needed external longitudinal low frequency magnetic field were identified through analyzing the experiment data. In addition, the force analysis under the effect of external magnetic field was investigated. The results show that under certain external longitudinal magnetic field parameters, the molten droplet transition frequency gets significantly improved, and the CO2 welding spatter reduces. When the exciting current is 2 A and the magnetic field frequency is 60 Hz, the molten droplet transition frequency is high, the spatter rate is low, and the arc morphology is stable. Therefore, the molten droplet transition frequency can be enhanced and the spatter can be reduced through imposing the external longitudinal low frequency magnetic field.
