格构式钢管混凝土风力机塔架的设计

摘    要:针对风力机塔架高度增加使常用的锥筒式塔架结构的力学性能、经济性、施工性下降的问题,探讨了格构式钢管混凝土风力机塔架的设计方法.以某3 MW风力机工程为例,采用钢管混凝土统一理论和简化空间桁架法设计了符合性能要求的格构式钢管混凝土塔架,并给出了柱肢、腹杆及节点构造.基于ANSYS有限元软件分析了格构式钢管混凝土塔架与锥筒式塔架的力学性能和用钢量,结果表明,三肢柱格构式钢管混凝土塔架的设计方法可行,力学性能优越,经济性较好.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that with increasing the height of wind turbine tower, the mechanical properties, economy and constructability of common tapered cylindrical steel tower structure decrease, the design method for the lattice wind turbine tower using concrete filled steel tube (CFST) was investigated. Through taking a 3MW wind turbine as an example and adopting the unified theory of CFST and simplified space truss method, the lattice tower using CFST to meet the performance requirements was designed. And the structures of limbs, web members and nodes were given. Based on ANSYS finite element software, the mechanical properties and steel dosage of both lattice tower using CFST and tapered cylindrical steel tower were analyzed. The results show that the lattice tower using CFST with three limbs is feasible in the design method, and has excellent mechanical properties and better economy.
