摘    要:在环境空气质量评价中,为综合考虑各污染物的作用,建立基于指数型白化函数的环境空气质量评价修正聚类模型.该模型既考虑各指标的内在权重,又考虑各指标的实际权重,而且有效地解决经典模型中的零权重问题,使得指标监测值与各级非零权重值之间存在一一对应关系.经验证表明,修正模型不仅能准确地评价某样本的综合等级,而且还可用于确定某单项指标的允许值范围,并给出了最大控制值与最小削减率的浓度计算公式.经计算,2004年贵阳市环境空气质量综合等级为Ⅲ级,若综合等级要达到Ⅱ级标准,则主要污染因子SO2和PM10的浓度最小削减率分别为22.58%与20.05%.

Abstract:Taking pollutants into comprehensive consideration,the grey clustering modified model for atmospheric quality evaluation based on the exponential whiteness function was established.In this model,both the index weight and the fact weight are considered.The index value is corresponded with each nonzero weight of various grades,and zero weight problems occurring in the classical grey clustering model can be overcome successfully.The modified model has advantages in precision and stability comparing with others.Furthermore,the formulas of the allowable range of the single index were derived to calculate the maximal value to control and the minimal decrease rate.The calculation result of the atmospheric quality of Guiyang in 2004 indicates that the comprehensive grade is Ⅲ.To reach the atmospheric quality of grade Ⅱ,the minimal rates to cut down SO2 and PM10 are 22.58% and 20.05% respectively.
