水情自动测报系统在猫跳河流域的应用

为保电站水库的防洪安全而建立的猫跳河流域水情自动测报系统，由1个中心站、5个中继站、29个水位雨量站、11个显示分中心组成，功能齐全，操作方便。该系统作为一项非工程防洪措施，在梯级水库防洪及兴利调度中发挥了作用，特别是在描跳河“96.7”特大洪水调度中起到了很好的防洪预报作用。

Application of Automatic Measuring & Informing System for Water Regime in Maotiaohe Basin

The automatic measuring & informing system for water regime, which were set up in Maotiaohe basin in orderto ensure safe of power stations and reservoirs during flood periods, consists of one center station, 5 relay stations, 29water level and rainfall gauge stations and 11 subcenter stations where information can be display, has comprehensive functions and can be operated easily. Setting up of the system is a flood control of measure other than engineering,and the system has paid an important role in flood control of cascade reservoirs, and dispatching for benefit, speciallyin the period of catastrophic flood occurring on Maotiaohe basin in July 1996.
