| 摘 要： | 从风电场开发、建设、运营、管理的全周期角度,全面描述了测风塔技术的应用现状及作用,系统地阐述了测风塔在风能资源开发利用过程中的应用成果.首先在风电场前期开发过程中,对利用测风塔进行的风资源评估、风机微观选址、风电场边界层气象特性分析等方面进行了阐述;其次在风电场业务运营期间,对气象信息实时监测以及气象信息在业务中的运用进行了分析;最后对运营管理过程中的各种应用进行了总结.
