MAG焊脉冲旋转喷射过渡时液锥旋转机制的力学分析

摘    要:通过高速摄影技术和影片运动数据处理系统,测定了脉冲旋转喷射过渡时焊丝末端液锥的运动学与动力学参数,同时计算出焊丝末端液锥上承受的径向力和切向力。研究结果指出:这些力造成焊丝末端液锥产生旋转,且电弧的脉冲能增大会影响及径向力和切向力的增大

Abstract:The kinetic and dynamic parameters of molten metal tip at the wire end during pulsed rotating spray transfer were surveyed by means of the technique of high speed cinematography and motion data processing system in this paper. Furthermore,the diametral and tangential forces of molten metal tip at the wire end were calcutated.It is indicated that these forces bring about the rotation of the molten metal tip ,and the increase in diametral and tangential forces may be infeuenced by the enhancement in pulse energy of arc.
