接管高应变区应力强度因子的计算

摘    要:针对压力容器接管区处于高应变梯度区和具有严重的应力集中现象的特征,依据模拟试板应力应变场的光弹性试验分析,对接管区建立有限元模型,保证单元的协调性,分析了裂纹尖端处应力强度因子,计算结果表明获得的应力强度因子与试验结果较为吻合,为压力容器接管部位的设计和裂纹疲劳扩展分析提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Due to the severe stress concentration phenomenon and the characteristic of high strain gradients at the junction between pressure vessel shell and nozzle,based on simulating shape plate of pressure vessel nozzle, some types of special shape plates is carried out and the finite element models are established by using singular isoparametric element.The stress intensity factors around crack are obtained by means of FEM which guarantees harmony of conjoint elements.The calculation results are in accordance with those of experimental results.This study provides a reliable basis for the design of at the junction between pressure vessel shell and nozzle and analysis of extending crack.
