| 摘 要： | "工学一体"是"工学结合"人才培养模式中工与学结合极为紧密的一种。本文从前提条件、系统、关键性问题三个方面较为全面地对其进行了纲要性论述,其目的是从理论上对当前高职高专的"工学一体"人才培养模式进行总结与审视,并为高职高专院校的办学实践提供有益的范式和参考。
