火焰原子吸收光谱法测定膨化食品中的微量元素

摘    要:采用微波消解法处理四种不同膨化食品,利用原子吸收分光光度法测定膨化食品中的K、Na、Mg、Mn、Fe和Cu六种微量元素的含量,并对消解条件进行优化。吸光度与各元素的质量浓度在一定范围内符合比尔定律,标准曲线线性关系良好(r=0.9990~0.9998),加标回收率(n=5)在90.8%~104.4%之间,方法简便可靠,结果令人满意。

Abstract:FAAS was applied to the determination of K,Na,Mg,Mn,Fe and Cu six trace elements in puffed food.The samples were treated by microwave digestion,and digestion condition was optimized.Values of absorbance and mass consent rations of the 6 trace elements were according to Beer Law with the range,and Linear of standard curve was good(r=0.9990~0.9998),and value of recovery found by the standard addition method was 90.8%~104.4%.The method was simple,reliable and the result was satisfactory.
