| 摘 要： | 传统的固定电话业务市场面临来自移动通信I、P语音等通信业务的巨大冲击,同时目前固定电话网络存在全网交换机型过多、设备老化、网络结构不清晰、业务支撑能力弱等问题。固定电话网络智能化工作正是通过引入集中的用户数据库来提升网络的业务支撑能力。从不同的层面分析了具有代表性的福建、江苏、广东、上海的网络智能化试点方案,并阐述了关于网络智能化实现方案上的一些观点。

| Abstract: | The intelligent work of PSTN upgrades the PSTN's abilities of services' support with the construction of HLR. Some intelligent solutions have emerged, and are still under the test in different local networks such as in (Fujian), Jiangsu, Guangdong snd Shanghai. This paper introduces some kinds of schemes and explains the (author's) views on PSTN's intelligence. |
