基于理论概率法的轴毂过盈联接的精度设计

摘    要:在轴毂过盈联接中,合理确定过盈量的大小是保证过盈联接可靠性的关键。本文通过引入理论概率论的原理和方法,把轴毂过盈联接的配合精度与工作可靠度联系起来,推导出两者之间的内在关系,为正确使用国家标准进行精度设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In order to ensure the reliability of the over full link,it is the key step for us to rational decide the size of the overfull in the axle-hub overfull link,By means of introducing the principles and ways of theoretical probabilistic method,this paper gets the concert precision of the axle-hub link in touch with its work reliability,and deduces the internal relationship of them. Thus,it provides the theoretical basis for us to correct use state requirements carrying on the precision design.
